- Clinical Manager: Proven leadership experience in a physician office setting. LVN or RN required. 1-5 years in management; with strong computer skills, ability to plan, organize and execute various initiatives, policies, services. Willingness to be part of a strong leadership team; desire to grow, learn and develop professionally.
- Telephone Triage/Communication Center LVN: OB/GYN experience required; 1-3 years. Electronic Medical Record knowledge and experience is preferred; excellent computer skills are required. Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and customer service orientation for serving our patients with the highest degree of excellence in all areas.
- LVN: Medical office experience required (1-3 years), OB/GYN experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks, able to work in fast paced and busy environment with ease. Knowledge of electronic medical records is required, as well as a solid computer skills including any/all of the Microsoft Office applications. Must have outstanding customer service skills, be patient oriented, and demonstrates a cheerful and outgoing demeanor consistently.

Billing Office: Medical Biller/Collector: with OB/GYN experience preferred (1-3 years). Patient financial counseling knowledge and experience, familiar with setting up payment plans and following up on collections, claims appeals, and demographic information. Appointment scheduling ability and knowledge, customer oriented demeanor, and ability to manage multiple tasks with concrete results.
