We are in the process of changing to a new Medical Records and Billing Software.

We are very excited about the changes coming and expect them to improve our efficiency in taking care of our patients. Our goal is to complete this transition with as little disruption to our patients as possible. During this transition, you may see employees doing computer training or asking for assistance from each other as we learn the new system. This is a major undertaking.

Our projected switch date of June 7th is here. For a brief time, as we learn the new workflows associated with the new software we will be operating a reduced schedule.

  • ID & Insurance Cards – If you are scheduled to come in after June 6th, please be prepared to provide your ID and insurance card for scanning
  • Wait Time – Until we have mastered our new system and patient flow, you may be here a little longer than normal.
  • Text Message – If we have your mobile number, you will receive a text message asking if you would like to "Opt In" to receive messages from our office. This feature will be used to send you appointment reminders or important messages like closure due to weather. Please reply "Yes" so that you can receive these messages.
  • Patient Portal – If you receive an email inviting you to sign up for our patient portal please follow the link and register. Unfortunately there is no way for your current portal account to be transitioned to the new portal. However we hope the new portal will be more reliable and user friendly. We encourage you to use the portal to contact our office for appointment requests, to contact our nurses for answers to your questions, or to receive your test results.
