All types of women’s healthcare including first exams for teenagers,
contraceptive counseling, abnormal pap smear evaluation, obstetrics and
menopausal care. Judye is certified as a menopause clinician, certified by the
North American Menopause Society. She is a member of North Harris County Nurse
Practitioners Association.
She has been practicing in Houston since 1988 including employment at the Baylor
College of Medicine Teen clinic.

Trained in mammography in 1975 at St. Joseph’s Hospital with Dr. John Martin.
Has been a registered mammographer since 1994.
EXPERIENCE:
30 years experience in healthcare. Mary is in charge of NWC’s in-house
mammography services which are FDA / MSQA certified. Mary has been with
Northwest Women’s Center for over 11 years.

Providing Women’s Health Care since 1980. Ms. Ellzey has expertise
in all areas of women’s healthcare from young teens, to post
menopausal women. Ms. Ellzey sees patients with a variety of issues
including: pregnancy, contraception, gynecology, menopause, and
obstetrics.
Her practice history includes health care delivery in both the
private and public sectors. Ms. Ellzey has a strong background in
Obstetrics and has many years of experience in Labor and Delivery
and Postpartum care. She is an instructor in Lamaze, breastfeeding
and infant care classes.

Like many midwives, Chantel
became interested in midwifery after her first child-birthing
experience during her undergraduate studies. She spent the next 10
years working as a high risk labor and delivery nurse, accumulating
a wealth of knowledge and experience. Becoming a certified
nurse-midwife has allowed Chantel to provide women with the
opportunity to experience the wonders of childbirth with all its
beauty, dignity, and mystery. She is a nurturer and a clinical care
provider. Her clinical skills are enhanced by her warm, calming,
and patient spirit. Chantel not only provides child-birthing
services, but also provides management and care for women focusing
particularly on common primary care issues, gynecology, and family
planning. She is dedicated to honoring the integrity of women’s
health and empowering women take an active role in their healthcare
decisions. Chantel Ashley has a sharp attention to detail and is
committed to working in a partnership with women to achieve the
healthcare and birth experiences they desire.
