Loved this place , Everything about it is great ,starting off with their clean open and spacious waiting room. I came from pristine obgyn clinic which was very unwelcoming and some of the interactions I had with the staff were very awkward on their end. This place is the exact opposite, very friendly and personable staff. On my appointment date which was on a Monday there was a very short wait time from the moment I walked in to the time I made it into my exam room , the staff has so much information that was provided to me considering I am having my first baby I have a small idea of what to expect and prepare for but this place is completely wonderful to be apart of as a patient and helps me feel more prepared as a new mom of what’s to come during my pregnancy journey.

I absolutely loved Dr. Trochez. I had a miscarriage in October of 2022 and I was looking for a new doctor cause I felt like my old dr didn’t really listen to my concerns. I knew I wanted to give birth at Houston Methodist Willowbrook so I was searching for doctors through their website when I found Dr. Trochez. Every single review that I had read from other women talked about how wonderful she was so I decided to schedule my appt with her. My first appt with her, I told her my whole history of previous pregnancies, miscarriage, etc. She was very attentive and listened to every single thing I had to say. She made sure I felt comfortable with her and let me know that if I had ANY concern to schedule an appt and she would see me that it didn’t matter if it was just to give me peace of mind considering what I had gone through a few months prior. Throughout my pregnancy I was in and out of the hospital and she was always either coming early in the morning to check on me and her other patients and calling throughout the day to see how I was doing and if anything had changed. She’s a great listener and is the type of Dr that gives you options and not the type of Dr that just does whatever they feel is right without asking for your opinion or how you feel about it. She cares about all of her patients and is just such a wonderful doctor in all aspects. Now that I’ve found her, I refuse to go to any other Doctor. She makes sure there is a plan set in place that you feel comfortable with and is very thorough when explaining risks, benefits, etc. She also listens to all of your concerns and takes each and every one of them seriously. My last postpartum appt with her we talked about if I ever did want to get pregnant again that I’d visit with her 3 months prior so we can have a plan in place so I can have a healthy pregnancy and make sure she takes all the precautions she did with my previous pregnancy so I can have a healthy pregnancy and make it to full term. She will do anything she needs to do to help her patients. So thank you to Dr. Trochez for being amazing, delivering my beautiful baby boy and reassuring me that she would do anything she needed to do so I could make it to full term. You were a blessing!

Dr. McGuirk is hands down the best OBGYN in the greater Houston area. period. not top 5. not top 3. #1. Insanely intelligent guy (will have a scientific explanation for everything). Patient. Compassionate. Excellent bedside manner. My only complaint is he’s too popular, and I need to book him months in advance. Also shoutout to the rest of the amazing staff (including Kimberly who did my ultrasounds, and Tram, who answered my endless questions about insurance)!

Dr. Nwogwugwu is a very competent, kind and patient doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions, listen and make the patient feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an Ob/Gyn.
