Dr. Cavender is fantastic. She delivered my baby last week, and she was calm, professional, and positive about taking care of me while I delivered my preemie. She’s everything you could ever want in an OB. And delivering at Willowbrook Methodist was fantastic, too – the nurses in labor and delivery, the lactation consultants, and the NICU nurses are so kind and helpful, not pushy at all.

I love this practice! It’s very busy, but a very nice office. Dr. Bruce is the best. I’ve been a patient here for 2 years now and would recommend Dr. Bruce to anyone! She’s got a great bedside manner and I trust her. The staff is great as well.

I have been a patient at northwest women’s for 5 years! Just had my 3rd baby with them! I feel like everyone there is my family! I am even moving out of state and will continue to get my wellness exams here every year, when I come home to visit! Yes wait times can be a while but that is the risk you take when you are pregnant and going to any OB office. They get called away for deliveries, emergencies, or have patients who take a little while longer in the rooms.. I rather them take longer than have someone walk out and feel as if they didn’t have their questions answered and leave a bad review. I guarantee you the people who feel like their questions weren’t answered didn’t ask them or did ask get an answer and did ask for further clarification. That is your fault not the doctors.

I’ve been a patient with this practice for 6 years and love it! I’m really surprised by these reviews…it’s a doctors office…what do you expect? Wait times are always long! Especially with an OB that could be called to the hospital if a patient is delivering. I never have a problem with my wait time; even if it runs a little long…it’s called having patience and understanding. The doctors aren’t back there goofing around! They are working hard for you and other patients! My doctor is always very kind and thorough. He takes all of my concerns seriously. The nursing staff is also very personable. Give this place a chance if you want one of the best OB/Gyns in the area!

I’m surprised, reading some of the bad reviews. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Dr Norton, and now Dr Moss since Dr Norton is retiring and i moved my care to Moss. Maybe it’s not the clinic itself but down to the individual doc you’re seeing? I know that, after *YEARS* of my obgyn at a previous location ignoring my concerns and nearly dying thanks to that mess, this is the first time I’ve had *great* OBGYN care and a doc who listened to my problems and worked with me towards a solution.

I am also very surprised by a lot of these reviews. I have been going to this clinic for 10 years. Doctor Christopher McGuirk is absolutely amazing. He is personal, he takes his time with me, and more importantly he listens to my concerns. I agree sometimes the wait times are long, but my doctor particularly is 100% professional and I couldn’t be more happy with him!

I’m shocked at a lot of the reviews . I have been a patient there for a little over 10 years and I have never had to wait any more than 20 minutes after my arrival time to be called in and I may wait about 10 minutes to see my doctor. It’s a great place I really like it.

I had an excellent experience at the Northwest Women’s Center. I met with Dr. Bruce. She took time to explain things to me and was very patient. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Bruce was caring and addressed all of my concerns. The nurses and staff were very professional. I would recommend this practice to my friends.
