The staff was super awesome and very tentative. Won’t let anyone else look at my hoo-ha!

My previous provider retired recently and she recommended Northwest Women’s Center. I wasn’t sure what to expect and changing OBGYNs is not easy. I was so happy with my entire experience! The front desk staff was friendly and easy to check in, using new insurance as well. Dr. Baker was wonderful, spent a long time with me, getting to know me, listened to me and made me feel my care was important. Making follow up appts and checking out was simple and easy. I 100% recommend Dr. Baker and Northwwest Women’s Center if you are looking for great Women’s care. If you are post menopausal and need hormone expertise, this is the place!!

Jennifer Tompkins is so thorough in answering any and all questions. I appreciate that she is genuine and doesn’t sugar coat things. She never makes me feel rushed and goes above and beyond just the service of HRT. I feel like women’s health has been ignored for so long and she’s making the time to listen to her patients.

A little slow at check in but the staff and the MD are awesome. Dr. Nwogwugwu is thorough and has an excellent bedside manor. Very engaging and wants to know your medical history so she can address any issues. I highly recommend

I NEVER write reviews but the experience I had with Jennifer Tompkins, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC and the team at Northwest Women’s Center was so exceptional that I feel compelled to share my wonderful experience. In the past, I’ve found that even when you book with a doctor, you often end up seeing the Nurse Practitioner anyway. I’ve realized that NPs are the unsung heroes of healthcare—they do so much of the work but often get the least credit. Well, Jennifer deserves her flowers! I can tell immediately when I meet someone who is sincere, and Jennifer is a truly authentic person. You can feel that her energy is genuine; she is a good person who clearly cares. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She entered the room with such confidence and kindness, she shook my hand while looking me in the eyes and truly listened. I never felt rushed; she even reminded me to finish my thoughts when I got sidetracked! Let’s be honest: the “Speculum Spectacular” is extremely awkward, but she made me feel completely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. With that said, what stood out most is that she is a very fact-driven practitioner. She didn’t just throw prescriptions at me. She truly wants to get to the source not just treat the symptoms. She did not rush to judgment or jump to conclusions; instead, she laid out a clear game plan for me to follow to get all the facts in motion first. She is incredibly thorough and methodical, not just kind. She is highly organized, knowledgeable, conservative and approaches care with a level of detail that gave me total confidence in her. Last but definitely not least, the entire staff was awesome from start to finish. I was in and out in less than an hour, and it probably would have been faster if I hadn’t asked so many questions! If you want a provider who is brilliant, methodical, and treats you with real dignity, go see Jennifer. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. McGuirk was easy to talk to and wiling to entertain questions as well as efficient yet laid back at the same time. This was my first visit and we have not yet met to discuss any lab work.
